Randy Klauk has been taking photographs since his parents gave him a Kodak Hawkeye Instamatic camera when he was 12. He developed his skill as a photographer and joined his high school yearbook and in college worked for newspapers. After attending college for photojournalism, he switched from still to video photography and had an award-winning career in television news lasting more than 15 years. In 1995, Randy went back to school to become an elementary school teacher, which he has been doing since 1997. In his role as a school Library Media Specialist, Randy is able to combine his love of photography with his love of teaching.

Two of his passions come together in this exhibit, nature and photography. With both rain and prairie gardens in his back yard, the insects come to him.
